As a Night Order Picker, you will be a key player in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and without error. Here, your work directly impacts delivery quality and customer satisfaction. * Pick goods from inventory carefully and verify accuracy. * Organize aisles, shelves, and inventory addressing. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Assist, when necessary, with truck loading and unloading. * Follow internal procedures and productivity targets. * Collaborate with the team to ensure continuous operational flow. * Report discrepancies, damages, or stock shortages. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as an Order Picker, Logistics Assistant, or Warehouse Clerk. * Availability to work on-site during the night shift. * Physical work capability (loading, unloading, and moving goods). * Organization, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. * Ability to work in a team and follow procedures. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in distribution centers or freight companies. * Familiarity with addressing systems or data collection devices. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety in logistics operations. * History of employment stability with previous employers.
