**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Work Schedule:** Availability to work rotating shifts **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured — CLT labor code * Perform corrective maintenance on electro-electronic circuits and production equipment, ensuring their return to original operating conditions. * Assemble spare cables for soldering tweezers and robots on the bench according to electrical diagrams. * Conduct tests, diagnostics, and repairs on electronic circuits, identifying failures in components such as resistors, capacitors, transistors, microcontrollers, and power modules. * Participate in continuous improvement of repair and analysis processes, aiming to reduce component replacement costs and increase component reliability and service life. * Propose and implement technical alternatives for board and module recovery, ensuring rapid and safe return to operation. * Strictly comply with safety, quality, and 5S standards, maintaining an organized and safe laboratory environment. * Use measurement and diagnostic instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, megohmmeter, logic analyzers, programmable power supplies) to validate repairs and ensure technical compliance. * Contribute to technical documentation and failure reports, supporting traceability and process improvement. * Possess knowledge of analog and digital electronics, SMD and PTH component soldering, and interpretation of electrical and electronic schematics **Requirements:** * Technical diploma required: Electronics, Automation, or related fields * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) preferred * Availability to work rotating shifts * Relevant work experience and knowledge of English language, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.) * Proficiency in oscilloscope and multimeter usage, electrical and electronic schematic analysis, and SMD and PTH component soldering. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Childcare allowance, Pharmacy allowance, Basic food basket, Commuter shuttle, Profit-sharing program, Private pension plan, On-site meals, Life insurance, Transportation
