




Job Summary: Engineering professional responsible for developing, reviewing, and approving engineering projects and solutions, ensuring compliance and providing technical coordination for construction works and contracts. Continuous improvement of processes and methodologies **Responsibilities:** Develop, review, and approve engineering projects and solutions; Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulations, and best practices; Make critical technical decisions and evaluate third-party solutions; Identify, analyze, and mitigate technical and safety risks; Provide technical coordination for projects, construction works, or contracts; Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements; Act as the interface with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders; Support operations and maintenance in complex issues; Mentor and develop less experienced engineers and technicians; Propose process, standard, and methodology improvements. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Solid experience in the relevant field; Proficiency in developing and analyzing complex projects; Knowledge of technical and regulatory standards; Experience in project management, scheduling, and cost control; Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills; Good communication skills and ability to interface with diverse departments; Leadership profile, autonomy, and decision-making capability. **Preferred Qualifications:** Postgraduate degree or specialization; Experience in technical leadership or project coordination; Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, PDCA, etc.); Active registration with CREA. **Minimum Education Level:** Postgraduate Degree – Specialization/MBA
