We are hiring a **Doorman** to oversee access control and asset security at our facilities. The professional will be responsible for ensuring order, safety, and quality service to residents, visitors, clients, and suppliers, following the company's established procedures. * Control the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and mail; * + Record movements in logs, spreadsheets, or access control systems; + Identify and guide visitors, service providers, and suppliers; + Monitor common areas and security equipment (cameras, intercoms, alarms); + Receive and forward correspondence and packages; + Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace (lobby); + Comply with internal safety regulations and operational procedures; + Act in emergency situations by contacting responsible personnel or competent services when necessary; + Maintain a courteous, ethical, and professional demeanor in all interactions. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school education desirable); * Previous experience in the role will be an advantage; * Good communication skills, attention to detail, and responsibility; * Basic knowledge of electronic doorman systems or access control systems; * Availability to work on rotating shifts (day or night, as needed); * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Advantageous qualifications:** * Doorman or security guard training course; * Experience in residential or commercial condominiums or companies; * Knowledge of asset security routines.
