Description: Minimum requirements are important to have: * It is essential to have an active professional registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Knowledge of problem analysis and resolution techniques, MASP, and 8D; * Familiarity with the preparation of technical reports; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Availability for occasional weekend work. * Perform activities related to industrial safety, aiming to preserve the health and physical and moral integrity of employees, thereby reducing/eliminating occupational accident rates and identifying unsafe acts and conditions; * Monitor the development of safety and occupational health standards and procedures; inspect safety systems for property protection and accident prevention; evaluate machines, equipment, work environments, and work methods, ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Contribute to compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, in accordance with Ordinance No. 3214/78 and regulatory standards, by regularly supervising workplaces in both production and administrative environments; * Participate in risk analyses for factory operations, with the objective of proposing corrective and preventive measures; * Enforce the Ergonomics Program, monitoring its action plan, conducting studies, proposing necessary improvements, and adapting the program to the company’s needs; * Guide employees on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other occupational safety matters, aiming to prevent accidents; * Participate in the analysis of projects and operation of industrial facilities, monitor the installation of machinery and tooling in production areas, and contribute to the implementation of physical layout changes within the organization by providing safety-related input for relevant projects; * Conduct monthly analyses of action plans established to achieve Strategic Plan goals, revising them whenever necessary to eliminate anomalies and addressing root causes. 251206020219577290
