If you are dynamic, driven, and eager to contribute to our company’s growth, join RTT! **We have an opportunity for a Junior Welder** Perform welding of metal components, ensuring quality, safety, and alignment with established technical standards. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:** **Responsibilities:** * Perform welding on metal structures, parts, and components using specific processes (MIG, TIG, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Submerged Arc Welding, among others). * Prepare materials, equipment, and tools required for task execution, including welding machines, PPE, and consumables. * Interpret and analyze technical drawings, sketches, and specifications to carry out work in accordance with the project. * Visually inspect completed welds, correcting any detected flaws or imperfections. * Comply with internal procedures and quality and safety standards defined by RTT. * Carry out operational tasks related to part assembly, cutting, and finishing of welds. * Participate in mandatory training sessions and capacity-building programs offered by RTT for technical improvement and regulatory compliance. * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness, following 5S and operational safety requirements. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and tools used in the welding process. * Work collaboratively to meet deadlines and operational goals. * Perform assigned duties with awareness and active contribution toward continuous process improvement and full application of all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment; Requirements: Education: Primary education Experience: 2 years of basic welding experience under direct supervision, plus initial knowledge of technical drawing interpretation. ### **OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE FOR:** Volta Redonda \- RJ ### **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Benefits and market-competitive salary **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION ALSO AVAILABLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD).** **Join RTT — become part of the fastest-growing team in Brazil!** **Apply now!**
