We are seeking a talented **Industrial Maintenance Technician** to join our team in **Resende, RJ | CDBS** (Cummins-Meritor)
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
* Perform **preventive, corrective, predictive, and emergency maintenance** on industrial equipment.
* Carry out **repairs on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems**.
* Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities aligned with production demands.
* Identify failures, constraints, and opportunities for improvement in production processes.
* Contribute to **continuous improvement** and process optimization.
* Actively participate in **TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)** initiatives.
* Provide feedback to enhance preventive maintenance plans.
* Ensure compliance with **HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)** standards and procedures.
* Maintain workplace and equipment organization and cleanliness.
* Interact and communicate effectively with production and support teams.
* Complete technical and mandatory training as required for the role.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
**Education and Requirements:**
* Completed high school education with a completed technical qualification (Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields).
* Active registration with CRT.
* Valid driver's license, Category B.
* Availability to work across different shifts (1st and 2nd) and on weekends if required.
**Experience and Knowledge:**
* Experience in an industrial environment.
* Practical experience in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic maintenance (corrective, preventive, and predictive).
* Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and diagnose faults in industrial equipment.
* Familiarity with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of regulatory standards: NR 06, 10, 11, 12, 20, and 35.
* Experience with substation switching operations and aerial work platform operation.
* Knowledge of industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, Yaskawa, Staubli), PLCs, and industrial automation.
