




Job Summary: Responsible for presenting dental treatment packages, negotiating and closing sales, with a focus on providing solutions for patients and strengthening the relationship with the clinic. Collaborate with the team on service and sales strategies **Job Mission** Act as the responsible party for presenting dental treatment packages following the dentist’s evaluation, conduct negotiations, and ensure sales closure—always focusing on delivering appropriate solutions aligned with patients’ needs and reinforcing the relationship with the clinic. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive patients after their clinical evaluation by the dentist. * Clearly and concisely present available treatment packages. * Clarify questions regarding costs, payment methods, and benefits. * Negotiate commercial terms aligned with clinic policies. * Close sales and ensure formalization of contracts. * Support patients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Maintain up-to-date records in the clinic’s system regarding proposals and sales. * Collaborate with the clinical team to align service and sales strategies. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; undergraduate degree is a plus. * Prior experience in consultative sales or commercial customer service. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Negotiation and persuasion skills. * Empathy and ability to build rapport with patients. * Organizational and disciplined approach to tracking proposals. **Additional Information** * Fixed salary (CLT opportunity) + commission (average R$4,000 to R$7,000 per month) * Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM–6:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) | flexible schedule * Future growth opportunities within the company. * Transportation allowance (VT) + meal/food allowance (VA/VR) of R$200.00
