Teamwork and post-sale follow-up **Job Mission** Act as the responsible party for presenting dental treatment packages following the dentist's evaluation, conducting negotiations and ensuring sales closure, always focusing on providing solutions aligned with patient needs and reinforcing the relationship with the clinic. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive patients after the clinical evaluation conducted by the dentist. * Clearly and objectively present available treatment packages. * Clarify questions regarding costs, payment methods, and benefits. * Negotiate commercial terms aligned with the clinic's policies. * Close sales and ensure formalization of contracts. * Conduct post\-sale follow-up with patients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Maintain updated records in the clinic's system regarding proposals and sales. * Collaborate with the clinical team to align service and sales strategies. **Requirements** * Completed High School; undergraduate degree is a plus. * Prior experience in consultative sales or commercial customer service. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Negotiation and persuasion abilities. * Empathy and ability to build rapport with patients. * Organizational skills and discipline for proposal tracking. **Additional Information** * Fixed salary (CLT opportunity) \+ commission (average R$4,000 to R$7,000 per month) * Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM) \| flexible schedule * Future growth opportunities within the company. * Transportation Allowance \+ Meal/Refectory Allowance of R$200.00
