Driver Registration and Check-in * **Identification:** Collect and verify documents (driver's license, vehicle registration certificate, ANTT authorization). * **Affiliation:** Register the driver’s entry into the company’s or risk management provider’s system. * **Integration:** Brief drivers on site safety rules and carrier conduct policies. 2\. Registration Inquiry (Risk Management) * **Driver Profile:** Conduct searches and inquiries in registration and verification systems. * **Vehicle Status:** Verify whether the tractor-trailer combination has active tracking and is free of maintenance or documentation issues. 3\. Trip Plan Development and Validation * **Routing:** Define or validate the route the driver must follow, ensuring compliance with authorized routes. * **Stops:** List approved fuel stations and rest areas offering safety and infrastructure (restaurants, restrooms, secure overnight parking). * **Schedule:** Specify departure times, estimated arrival times, and legally mandated stop durations. Common Requirements * **Education:** Completed high school (minimum requirement). * **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in **Excel** (for control spreadsheets) and familiarity with integrated management systems (ERP/TMS). * **Profile:** Organized, detail-oriented (essential to avoid registration errors), and possessing strong communication skills for direct interaction with drivers. * **Geographic Knowledge:** Familiarity with highways and major routes (especially critical stretches such as Via Dutra or Fernão Dias Highway).
