




**Assist in food preparation**, washing, peeling, cutting, portioning, and pre\-preparing ingredients. **Clean fruits, vegetables, legumes, and utensils** used in production. **Organize and maintain kitchen cleanliness**, including countertops, floors, equipment, and utensils. **Assist in meal assembly** (distribution counters). **Restock food and utensils** in service areas during meal periods. **Perform pre\-preparation and storage** according to good handling practices. **Ensure food preservation**, monitoring expiration dates and storage conditions. Wash pots, plates, cutlery, and other utensils. Keep the **kitchen clean and organized** during and after production. Remove **waste and residues** following food hygiene and safety regulations.
