A professional responsible for controlling and organizing the inventory of indirect materials, including receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory audits.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Second shift, Monday to Saturday \- 4:48 PM to 2:02 AM (Saturdays: 4:48 PM to 11:40 PM\).

**Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code* Control and organize the inventory of indirect materials (e.g., tools, maintenance equipment, safety items, etc.), ensuring inventory accuracy.
* Receive, store, and distribute materials according to the needs of production and support departments.
* Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift).
* Update material receipt and issue records in the system, ensuring proper item traceability.
* Conduct periodic inventories and identify discrepancies between physical stock and system records, proposing corrective actions.
* Collaborate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely material replenishment and avoid production stoppages.
* Comply with and promote organization and cleanliness practices in the storage area.
**Requirements:*** High school diploma;
* Forklift operator training;
* Driver's license category B;
* Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP, WMS);
* Knowledge of material handling equipment operation (e.g., pallet jack, forklift).
**Desired Qualifications and Competencies:**
* Prior experience in inventory control or related areas is preferred;
* Technical courses in Logistics or related fields are desirable/advantageous;
* Knowledge of invoice issuance;
* SAP system knowledge;
