Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and enhancing internal communication, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies, and supporting HR processes and events. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and update the company's internal communication 2. Prepare reports and contribute to demand mapping 3. Support audits, inspections, and event organization Maintain procedures up to date, ensuring compliance with legislation, company rules, and internal controls; Respond to internal communication-related requests; Prepare managerial reports and dashboards related to processes; Assist employees by clarifying doubts and providing guidance on HR processes; Participate in audits, respond to inspections, and submit documentation for processes under responsibility; Develop an annual internal communication plan, considering available communication channels, distribution lists, costs, and frequency of actions; Contribute to identifying and mapping internal communication demands; Draft internal announcements, submit them for approval, and arrange for dissemination, ensuring adherence to deadlines and scope; Produce texts, videos, and graphics for internal announcements and campaigns; Manage corporate communication channels, such as: intranet, internal newsletter, email, bulletin boards, and others, promoting information updates and collection; Monitor communication-related KPIs, seeking alternatives if deviations from objectives are identified; Manage communication vendor contracts, including payments; Continuously pursue integration between internal and external communication (marketing); Measure communication impact among target audiences; Support organizing events (virtual and in-person) and departmental initiatives when required; Organize and conduct community visits to the company.
