Job Summary: A civil maintenance professional responsible for repairs, maintenance, minor renovations, and general support in construction-related activities, ensuring organization and high-quality finishing standards. Attention to detail and high-quality finishing standards in services **RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Perform general civil repairs and maintenance (floors, grouting, masonry, and concrete) • Identify and fix water and sewage pipe leaks • Carry out minor renovations and structural adjustments • Support other maintenance and construction activities as needed • Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness after each task **REQUIREMENTS:** Mandatory requirements: • Previous experience as a Bricklayer or Maintenance Assistant • Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic installations • Attention to detail and high-quality finishing standards in performed services Preferred qualifications: • Completed high school education • Training as a Hydraulic Plumber or similar • Experience in building maintenance **WORK SCHEDULE:** 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM — Rotating 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule **BENEFITS:** Chartered bus \+ On-site meals \+ Cemeru Health Plan (optional after 90 days) \+ Group life insurance This position is open and verified by the Buscar Vagas portal in partnership with Divulga Vagas Brasil.
