Job Summary: Operator to ensure smooth operation of water production, laboratory analyses, and wastewater treatment through equipment operation and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and inspect water and wastewater treatment systems (WTP/WWTP/IDWT) 2. Perform autonomous maintenance of equipment and participate in plan reviews 3. Ensure smooth operation of water production and wastewater treatment **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Availability to work rotating shifts **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Ensure proper functioning of water production, laboratory analyses, treatment of effluents generated by painting processes, and factory sewage; * Perform operational, inspection, and autonomous maintenance tasks—routine, scheduled, and/or emergency—to maintain equipment in optimal working condition and ensure full availability; * Operate WTP/WWTP/IDWT systems using checklists and operational procedures; * Conduct inspections of WTP/IDWT and WWTP equipment; * Participate in reviews of inspection and maintenance plans for WTP/IDWT and WWTP equipment, improving operational, inspection, and maintenance procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Chemistry; * Prior experience in this role; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Daycare allowance, Pharmacy allowance, Shuttle service, Profit sharing, On-site meals, Life insurance, Meal voucher
