Support for organizing the workplace according to 5S standards Grupo Seres is seeking a professional to work as a **Production Operator – Visual Inspector**, in partnership with a **multinational beverage company**, with an industrial operation located in **Resende (RJ)**. The position will directly operate on the **bottling line**, performing visual inspection of bottles and ensuring products meet the company's established quality standards. The hiring will be **temporary for 30 days**, to meet operational demand in the production area. **Work Schedule** ----------------------- * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * 1-hour meal break. **Responsibilities** -------------- * Perform visual inspection of bottles on the production line * Check for possible defects in packaging * Verify volume and label positioning * Identify inconsistencies or irregularities in the product * Discard packaging that does not meet quality standards * Report any anomalies identified to leadership * Support organizing the workplace according to 5S standards * Complete line operational checklists and reports The task requires a **high level of attention to detail**, due to the pace of the bottling line. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Education** * Completed high school ### **Experience** Previous experience preferred in: * Industrial production * Assembly line * Quality inspection **Behavioral Profile** ------------------------- * Attention to detail * Organization * Operational discipline * Responsibility * Commitment to safety * Teamwork **Compensation and Benefits** ---------------------------- * Salary: **R$ 1\.749,00** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$ 610.00 * On-site cafeteria * Life insurance * Transportation allowance **Work Location** --------------------- * Presidente Dutra Highway – 6th District * Resende – RJ * Industrial District of Resende, near Nissan’s industrial hub, accessible via Presidente Dutra Highway (BR\-116\).
