Work 100% focused on goals and results **Job Mission** Act as the primary contact for direct lead handling across multiple channels (WhatsApp, phone, and in-person), focusing on converting evaluations into sales. Responsibilities also include strategic patient scheduling, proactive follow-up, and executing all tasks in a goal- and results-oriented manner. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead handling (WhatsApp, phone, and in-person); * Converting evaluations into sales; * Strategic patient scheduling; * Proactive follow-up; * Work 100% focused on goals and results. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; undergraduate degree preferred; * Experience as a CRC, commercial consultant, or sales professional; * Strong communication and persuasive skills; * Organizational and disciplined mindset; * Proactive, competitive, and results-driven profile; * Prior experience in a dental clinic is a plus. **Additional Information** * Fixed salary (CLT opportunity) + commission; * Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM–6:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) | flexible schedule; * Future growth opportunities within the company; * Transportation allowance + meal/food voucher of R$ 200.00.
