Psychology professional to implement ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programs and techniques with patients under supervision.

Requirement: Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE.
Accurately implement ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programs and techniques according to the supervisor's plan and guidance; Collect data on patient performance and report it to the supervisor; Accurately complete scheduling and data collection systems; Implement positive reinforcement strategies and other behavioral techniques as directed by the supervisor; Assist in developing the patient's social, motor, cognitive, and communication skills; Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance intervention practices; Process data as instructed by the supervisor;
Attend supervision sessions, patient appointments, and behavior intervention activities regularly and punctually.
Empathy, patience, and sensitivity when working with individuals with ASD; reliability; strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills (Brazilian Sign Language is not required); excellent rapport with individuals aged 5 to 18 years; teamwork to align with supervisors and other professionals in the field; collaborative attitude; creativity in intervention approaches; emotional regulation; ethics and professionalism.
