Requirements: 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. 2\. Proven experience in logistics operations management at an industry-leading company. 3\. Solid knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and process optimization. 4\. Assertive leadership, ability to motivate teams, and achieve targets. 5\. Effective communication skills in Portuguese and English. 6\. Knowledge of IT applied to logistics and data analysis skills.
