Prior experience in related areas is a plus Cafeteria seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Volta Redonda. **Responsibilities:** Support dish preparation following instructions from the chef or assigned cook. Perform ingredient pre-preparation, such as chopping vegetables, meats, and other food items. Ensure kitchen tidiness and cleanliness, including disinfection of utensils, equipment, and work areas. Assist in plating and final food preparation before presentation. Contribute to food and supply inventory organization and monitoring. Previous roles such as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Food Preparer, or Restaurant Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. High school diploma required.
