**Job Description and Responsibilities**

**Schedule:** 2nd Shift: 4:48 PM to 2:02 AM (on Saturdays: 4:48 PM to 11:40 PM\). Fixed Sundays off.
**Level:** Professional
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
**Area of Activity:** Manufacturing
* Perform visual and tactile inspections on vehicle surfaces after each stage of the painting process (cathodic electrophoretic coating, base coat, clear coat), identifying defects such as orange peel, runs, inclusions, stains, touch-ups, and coverage failures.
* Complete non-conformance records, following Stellantis' quality and traceability standards.
* Support root cause analysis and deviation handling, contributing corrective and preventive actions jointly with Production, Maintenance, and Process teams.
* Monitor quality indicators (yield, rework, scrap) and support continuous improvement initiatives within the painting department.
* Ensure vehicles meet the brand's established technical and aesthetic standards before proceeding to subsequent assembly line stages.
* Assist in standardizing and updating operational procedures and work instructions for the painting area.
* Monitor compliance with safety standards, 5S, and good quality practices in the production environment.
**Requirements**

* Completed high school education;
* Proficiency in using new technologies and Microsoft Office suite;
* Flexible availability for shift work.
**Desired Qualifications and Competencies:**
* Prior experience in the automotive industry;
* Currently pursuing a higher education or technical degree in Chemistry is desirable;
* SAP system knowledge;
* Power BI knowledge;
