




An automotive parts company is hiring: Machine Setup Operator Prerequisites: High school diploma Professional qualification courses exceeding 400 hours of instruction in the industrial field Responsibilities: * + Adjust machinery by installing necessary tools for component production according to the production schedule; + Perform setup operations responsibly, maintaining equipment, tools, and instruments to ensure product quality and productivity; + Intervene at production equipment whenever variations occur in the production process, correcting them and monitoring part manufacturing conditions; + Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, tools, and instruments; + Distribute production worksheets to Assistants for recording and monitor their completion; + Inspect first pieces produced, identify defects, and report them to respective department supervisors; + Request replacement materials for the assembly line as needed; + Maintain a clean and organized workplace; + Assign workers to appropriate machines; + Act as a multiplier agent; + Operate manual and semi-automatic machines, placing and positioning components for mass production of parts; + Remove parts from the machine after operations, inspecting visual appearance, dimensions, and other requirements to certify quality; + Complete internal departmental control forms; + Perform other related or ancillary tasks as required.
