The ideal candidate must have experience in team management, sales, and customer service. Responsibilities: \- Support the manager with store operations and team management. \- Ensure customer satisfaction; \- Monitor and achieve sales targets; \- Manage inventory and orders; \- Assist in developing sales strategies. \- Serve customers at the Pharmacy Counter. Requirements: \- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; \- Proven experience in team management; \- Skills in sales and customer service; \- Knowledge of inventory and order management; \- Availability to work fixed hours (store closing).
