




Automotive parts company hiring: Methods and Processes Analyst Prerequisites: Completed technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering fields Previous experience in automotive companies, focusing on improvements across the entire production line flow, processes, and machinery Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency Responsibilities: * Time-study operations, evaluating pace, fatigue, and working conditions; * Develop production process time improvements and line balancing for the Company; * Prepare and continuously review various internal documents, such as manufacturing routings for each product and work instructions, in accordance with customer standards; * Conduct machine-load and labor-efficiency analyses; * Maintain technical control of documentation; * Collaborate with tooling and fixture suppliers in developing solutions for new products; * Authorize release of fixtures for production (TRG-out/capability); * Deliver training on process-related topics; * Perform other related or similar duties as required by operational needs; * Participate in FMEA analyses to minimize potential failures; * Identify and implement process solutions during quality analyses, customer service complaints (SACs), and manufacturing activity improvements; * Define process parameters and tooling for production lines; * Serve as a multiplier agent in internal training programs.
