About the Role We seek a warm, communicative, and organized professional who delivers a light, humanized guest experience — from arrival through to the conclusion of their SPA journey. ? Key Responsibilities * Greet guests with attention and warmth * Schedule therapies, appointments, and activities * Record sales and contracted services * Organize the reception area and maintain a tranquil atmosphere * Support the team and share important information * Conclude the guest experience warmly and consistently ✅ Requirements * Completed high school education * Experience in customer-facing roles * Proficiency with spreadsheets * Strong communication and organizational skills ?
