If you are passionate about marketing \& sales and want to see the direct impact of your work on business growth, this position is for you. **Some of the challenges you will face:** **\-** Manage a client portfolio, maintaining open and active communication channels, and conducting ongoing relationship management; \- Handle onboarding of new clients within your portfolio; \- Implement our working methodology into the client's routine; \- Ensure implementation of everything planned and sold; \- Guarantee that client expectations are being met while safeguarding IMPULSO's interests; \- Monitor, collect, track, and analyze client performance data and KPIs; \- Lead meetings with clients and internal alignment sessions; \- Manage projects/jobs: controlling and documenting step by step, with briefings and timelines, ensuring deadlines and agreements are met; \- Identify/anticipate opportunities, disruptions, and needs through data-driven insights and relationship management. **Prerequisites:** \- Strong communication skills; \- Basic knowledge in marketing and/or business administration; \- Basic proficiency in spreadsheets and slide presentations; \- Experience in advertising account management (desirable); \- Experience in negotiation; \- Knowledge in paid traffic (desirable) Job type: Full-time Pay: R$1\.500,00 \- R$5\.508,17 per month Education: * Incomplete or currently pursuing higher education (preferred)
