Support in recruitment, selection, and administrative processes **INTERNSHIP POSITION | RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION | 100% Remote** Internship opportunity for students seeking practical experience in Recruitment and Selection, working with an HR consulting firm emphasizing quality, organization, and professional development. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Support in recruitment and selection processes * Posting job openings across various channels * Resume screening * Candidate contact and follow-up * Support in interviews and departmental administrative tasks. ***What We Expect From You:*** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources * Residency in Volta Redonda or Barra Mansa * Basic knowledge of Word and Excel * Familiarity with tools such as Trello and Notion is a plus * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and interest in the HR field. ***Important Information:*** * Working hours – 6 hours daily | Monday to Friday * 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) – 100% remote arrangement * Internship stipend: R$ 1,000.00 * Birthday day off + R$ 150.00 gift voucher * Student life insurance * Collective holidays (year-end and Carnival) * Career development plan and potential full-time employment in the field. * 1-year contract, extendable up to 2 years.
