Assist in resolving customer experience-related issues and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Financial Learning: Help manage the store budget by assisting in expense analysis, cost of goods sold (COGS), and profit margin analysis. Participate in financial report analysis and implement measures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs. Business Development: Learn how to identify market opportunities and contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing store sales and market share. Participate in executing promotions, marketing campaigns, and loyalty programs to attract and retain customers.
