**Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** --------------------------------- * Ensure, during corrective maintenance, the restoration of services within the department’s SLA; * Achieve daily preventive network maintenance targets; * Monitor and uphold operational performance indicators; * Perform job-related tasks to the expected quality standard, as required by both customers and the company; * Collaborate effectively in teams to ensure rapid service recovery while maintaining high service quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
