* Ensure an organized and safe environment for employees working within the area and compliance with safety rules, conducting daily Gemba Walks for assessment, opening one-page reports in case of accidents or near-misses, issuing safety and ergonomics alerts, keeping JES and safety data sheets updated, and monitoring upcoming periodic medical examinations;
* Conduct the operator qualification process for workstations, manage qualification control via BHF, register DEClics and ensure completion of 3 DEClics for all direct reports (N\-1), monitor and manage team social climate, take over workstations and become qualified at critical workstations within the area, conduct SWAs for direct reports (N\-1);
* Evaluate whether ideas comply with DEClic rules, maintain team social climate even during periods of higher workload;
* Ensure quality production through Bottleneck map verification, mapping of critical workstations within the area, conducting workstation SWAs at critical stations, handling customer and PQG post-it notes with VIS guaranteed, MRP and/or crisis cell, monitoring quality indicators, controlling and executing PDVs, responding to Andon stoppages, monitoring and discarding scrap parts, without transmitting or receiving defects;
* Act strategically to contain and eradicate incoming and internally generated defects, interfacing with Quality and Supplier areas for containment of incoming defects;
* Maintain QAP and reaction rules updated, control workstation takeover via BHF, fill out the OPE daily, and drive actions toward result convergence through bottleneck workstation meetings, registering stoppages in New Septro according to loss families, implementing process improvements identified through SWK and SWA. Ensure production while respecting Lead Time, providing daily interface and support to the team to meet Hour-by-Hour targets;
**Requirements**

* Completed High School;
* Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred (in progress or completed);
* Relevant experience preferred.
