Job Summary: Your daily responsibilities include customer service, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness of the environment, with a focus on generating smiles and ensuring quality. We’ll count on you for restaurant operational activities: preparing and assembling orders; providing customer service; and ensuring that the environment and equipment are always clean. Check out the details! Customer service is one of the most important parts of the job: generating smiles is our top priority! As an attendant, you’ll be responsible for serving customers at our restaurants, performing tasks such as taking orders and processing payments—including via our Drive-Thru. Preparing the delicious items that come out of our kitchen: sandwiches, French fries, beverages, and desserts—like our famous ice cream cone. ?? You’ll receive training to operate appropriate equipment, as well as instruction on maintaining our high standards of quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety. Cleaning and sanitizing our equipment, floors, chairs, tables, restaurant facilities, and surrounding areas—always following official guidelines and the operations manual. Participating in our training, integration, and communication programs through meetings, webinars, interactive sessions, and technical courses.
