Job Summary: Responsible for organizing, preparing, and cleaning the workplace, as well as constructing and repairing structures, applying finishes, and ensuring smooth project progress. Maintenance of construction site organization and hygiene \- Responsible for organizing, preparing, and cleaning the workplace, as well as using, handling, storing, and transporting machinery, tools, and materials to ensure high-quality service execution; also performs any activity that affects the development of assigned tasks; \- Reviews project plans, requests and prepares necessary materials, constructs and repairs foundations, concrete structures, masonry, and roofing; \- Applies finishes and screeds, lays bricks, tiles, masonry, and similar materials, builds foundations, erects walls, fences, and other similar constructions, and repairs building, house, and other structural elements; \- Prepares mortar and/or plaster for any construction- or repair-related activity, working across various construction and repair fronts as required to ensure smooth progress at each project stage; \- Maintains construction site organization and hygiene, collaborating with teams across all project phases with a focus on safety and efficient task execution. – Availability for travel; **– We operate a banked hours system;** Benefits: – Transportation allowance; – On-site meals; – Basic food basket (based on attendance); – Group life insurance; Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.934,80 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Group life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
