




**Job Mission:** -------------------- * Work in partnership with management, establishing and maintaining a solid relationship with the Metalworkers' Union and the Factory Committee at the Modular Consortium. * Serve as strategic support for the Labor Relations area during union negotiations, actively participating in agreements, amendments, and meetings. * Monitor relevant legal and economic trends, updating stakeholders and supporting adjustments to internal policies and guidelines as necessary. * Act as an internal consultant on labor and union matters, proposing solutions aligned with business objectives and current legislation. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activity Description:** ----------------------------- * Represent the company before official bodies and competent entities on union and labor issues; * Support and lead union actions, promoting a transparent and participative environment for employees; * Implement and monitor procedures, internal policies, and payment instructions related to labor relations; * Collect, analyze, and track data, indicators, and trends in the field of labor relations; * Support Labor Relations management with action plans, diagnostics, and strategic presentations; * Participate daily in production meetings, representing People \& Culture and Sustainability on matters related to the area; * Provide technical support for projects and initiatives focused on process efficiency, headcount, costs, market forecasts, and trends, delivering strategic analyses and indicators; * Ensure governance of processes and communication with Human Resources at the Modular Consortium on labor and union matters; * Collaborate with related departments to implement HR policies and ensure strategic alignment; * Work with the Compliance department on investigations of complaints, conducting interviews and feedback sessions; * Perform and analyze terminations via MySuccess, validating requests; * Support the Legal department in labor claims involving VWCO and the Modular Consortium; * Plan and execute programs such as Professional Qualification, Leadership, and Circuit Dia “D”, including schedule and integrated communication plan; * Analyze and approve documentation for access by third-party employees according to internal processes; * Organize corporate and union events (Friendship Games, May 1st, World Cup, among others), ensuring planning and execution aligned with objectives; * Support routine OEA (Authorized Economic Operator) activities, updating labor relations items impacting certification. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or Production Engineering * Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Labor and Union Relations, or Labor Law **Languages:** * Advanced English * Basic Spanish **Technology:** * Office suite / Government systems / My Success / SAP **Specialization Courses:** * Labor/Union Relations With a comprehensive portfolio of solutions for cargo and passenger transportation, Volkswagen Trucks and Buses is one of the **largest manufacturers in Latin America** and part of the **TRATON Group**, one of the world’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers, including the brands Volkswagen Trucks and Buses, MAN, Scania, Navistar, and RIO.
