**Responsibilities and duties** **Main responsibilities:** * Execute and validate invoice postings, accruals and payments in SAP S/4 Hana; * Ensure accuracy in the supplier account reconciliation process; * Monitor payment due dates and deadlines, ensuring compliance with contractual and tax obligations; * Support the analysis and reporting of departmental metrics (aging, payment flow, management reports); * Collaborate with treasury and accounting teams to align financial information; * Support internal and external audits, ensuring traceability and integrity of information; * Identify process improvement opportunities, automation and internal controls; * Serve as technical reference for the accounts payable team. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields; * Solid experience in accounts payable, preferably in medium to large companies; * Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana (FI module) – mandatory; * Knowledge of tax legislation and ancillary obligations related to payments; * Advanced Office Suite skills (especially Excel); * Intermediate/advanced English will be considered a differentiator. **Behavioral competencies:** * Analytical mindset and attention to detail; * Good communication and ability to interact with suppliers and internal departments; * Organized, sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities; * Proactive attitude and continuous improvement orientation; * Ability to work independently and serve as technical reference for the team.
