Ensure customer satisfaction and product quality performance (including field warranty). Coordinate supplier quality and manage product and process improvements. Define containment actions and lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans. Monitor plant quality indicators (DVx, DRR, SCA, PPM, 3MIS). Lead process and maturity audits, ensuring compliance with technical standards. Participate in technical and operational meetings with Engineering, Production, and Suppliers. Propose alternative solutions to prevent production stoppages and ensure smooth production flow. Support decisions regarding vehicle hold/release and critical issue analyses (e.g., recall, warranty, rework). Ensure the technical development and safety of the team under your responsibility. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field Experience in Quality Engineering, Vehicle Plants, or Projects. Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action methodologies. Experience with PPAP, process/product control, 5 Whys, A3, MRP. Advanced level English.
