




Professional responsible for supporting quality assurance in internal processes, focusing on auditing operational areas and meeting customer area requirements. Will perform verification of procedure compliance, identification of non-conformities, and proposal of improvements, contributing to process standardization and efficiency. Execute activities of the Quality Management System, controlling documents, records, opening and monitoring Non-Conformities, conducting internal audits and Gemba Walks at the yards, in order to meet department demands and better serve unit-related customers; * Support management and integrate with other group units regarding the Quality Management System, assisting leadership and involved managers to comply with ISO 9001 standards **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing higher education in fields such as Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or related areas; * Good interpersonal communication skills and collaborative profile to work with different company departments; * Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible; * Basic knowledge of quality tools (5W2H, PDCA, Ishikawa, etc.) is desirable; * Knowledge of Excel and management systems will be considered a plus. Minimum Education Level: Higher Education
