Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional to work the 2nd shift in an industrial environment, ensuring operational continuity of IT systems and equipment by integrating technology, maintenance, and vendors—with emphasis on SLAs and continuous improvement. Focus on SLAs, availability, and continuous improvement We seek a proactive and solution-oriented professional to work in the industrial environment of Porto Real/RJ during the **2nd shift**, ensuring operational continuity of systems, edge-of-line equipment, and IT processes. You will serve as the integration point among technology, maintenance, vendors, and governance—with focus on SLAs, availability, and continuous improvement. ### **Main Responsibilities** **IT Process and Incident Management** * Analysis and resolution of warranty and IT incidents. * Tracking vendor tickets until final resolution. * SLA management and proposal of continuous improvements. **Manufacturing and Industrial Equipment Support** * Support for edge-of-line equipment. * Collaboration with maintenance, vendors, and governance for quotations and repairs. * Support for predictive and preventive maintenance. **Vendor and Logistics Management** * Interface with IT and service vendors. * Monitoring performance and logistics for equipment delivery/pickup. **Logical Support and Asset Management** * User support. * Resolution of inventory discrepancies. **Governance and Communication** * Support for procurement processes and alignment with governance. * Engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. ### **Technical Requirements** * Experience in IT process and incident management. * **Advanced/Fluent English** for interactions and meetings with international teams. * Knowledge of **ITIL** and service desk tools. * Experience with industrial equipment and predictive/preventive maintenance. * Experience in IT asset and logistics management. * Familiarity with **Click** and **SAP** systems. ### **Education and Experience** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience working at the interface between IT and operations (transition into IT), with focus on processes, support, and vendor relationship management. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industrial and production environments (shop floor). * ITIL certifications. ### **Additional Information** * **Shift:** 2nd shift (afternoon/night hours – to be confirmed per factory schedule). * **Work Model:** 4 days on-site at the factory in Porto Real/RJ \+ 1 day remote.
