We are seeking an Apprentice to join one of Brazil’s largest consumer goods distribution companies, performing administrative tasks while being guided and trained by the specialized team in the department to which you are assigned. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Integrate into the warehouse workflow, supporting the receipt and organization of POS and event materials; * Contribute to inventory accuracy by assisting with inventory and counting activities; * Support the execution of Trade Marketing initiatives by monitoring the assembly and dispatch of POS materials; * Collaborate with the team in preparing and verifying materials required for tastings and events; * Learn about Trade Marketing planning by assisting with requests for products and materials; * Assist in improving the efficiency of POS material stock control, following established guidelines; * Assist in recording and organizing information by helping maintain spreadsheets; * Participate in various Trade Marketing department activities, providing support as needed by the team. #### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus. #### **Benefits:** Total Pass Transportation allowance Life insurance
