Technical Resident (Bilingual)

Job Summary: A quality professional focused on inspection, production monitoring, report generation, non-conformance identification, and compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct quality inspections on products and processes 2. Serve as the focal point between customer and supplier 3. Participate in technical meetings in Portuguese and English Main Responsibilities: * Perform quality inspections on products and processes; * Monitor activities on the production line and/or at suppliers; * Issue technical reports and inspection certificates; * Identify non-conformances and follow up on corrective action plans; * Act as the focal point between customer and supplier; * Participate in technical meetings (in Portuguese and English); * Ensure compliance with standards and technical specifications. Requirements: * Technical degree in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related fields; * Prior experience in industrial quality control; * Experience as a trainee/resident is an advantage; * Intermediate/advanced English (spoken); * Knowledge of quality tools (8D, PDCA, Ishikawa, etc.); * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Must reside in Porto Real or nearby areas. Compensation: R$2\.200,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Work Location: On-site
