




Description: * Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production, Electrical/SW Engineering degree or related fields; * Solid experience in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry; * Advanced English for conversation; * Knowledge of CATIA software desirable; * Proficiency in Excel, VBA programming, Dashboard, data language, etc. desirable; * Daily follow\-up on activity progress with departments (VW\&MTB Engineering / Quality / Manufacturing / Technical Service / Finance); * Reading, interpretation, and optimization of product standards, sections, and technical drawings; * Meetings with overseas teams (Germany and Sweden) to align and advance product modifications; * Preparation and interpretation of technical and managerial reports (parts lists, assembly sequences, DFMEA, release control, cost control, performance indicators, etc); * Ability to analyze DMU, FEA, 3D/2D of new Powertrain components; * Schedule and monitor meetings necessary for project progress; * Preparation of cost sheets for technical costing; * Preparation of documentation for releases in the VW system; * Analysis of CR (Change Request) and implementation of proposed modifications in Powertrain systems; * Issuance of documents for product modification; * Presentation of documentation in various VWCO forums and participation in project/program-related meetings; * Monitoring piece-by-piece meetings (prototypes and program); * Monitoring the KPM system (closure and status reporting). 2509180202241758484
