Our differentiator is creating tailored solutions—whether for a specific project phase or for improving the manufacturing process of a product, from its conception through final testing—covering all phases and delivering positive outcomes in terms of performance and project timeline. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform technical analysis of warranty-failed components; conduct remote technical analysis using digital devices, with technical argumentation directed toward suppliers. * Analyze parts from international suppliers based on documentation and/or technical discussions with suppliers supporting analytical conclusions. * Participate in meetings considering the use of technical information by field teams regarding documentation and/or technical discussions supporting failure conclusions. * Analyze failure analysis reports. * Issue technical reports and expert opinions related to field-failed processes. * Monitor analysis for chargeback implementation, technical-grounds reversals, and other necessary procedures to conclude processes. * Operate internal control management systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering; or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. * Experience in the truck and bus automotive sector and in component analysis. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** Medical and dental assistance, life insurance, meal allowance, on-site meals, transportation allowance, TotalPass, Sesc, partnerships with educational and language institutions, birthday day off, and Profit Sharing Plan (PLR).
