Job Summary: A pizzeria is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help with pizza preparation and assembly, kitchen organization, and maintenance of hygiene and food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain hygiene and food safety The pizzeria seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Volta Redonda (Monte Castelo). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing pizza ingredients, such as cutting vegetables, slicing cheeses and meats, among others. Assemble pizzas according to house specifications, following instructions from the chef or pizzaiolo. Assist in kitchen organization and cleaning, keeping utensils and equipment clean and orderly. Support hygiene and food safety maintenance by adhering to established norms and procedures.
