**Job Opening: Payroll Department Analyst – Benefits** **Job Description** Responsible for administering and managing corporate benefits, ensuring legal compliance, cost control, and effective support to employees. Works in partnership with HR and vendors to guarantee agile, secure processes aligned with company policies. **Key Responsibilities** * Administer benefits such as: transportation allowance, meal/food allowance, medical and dental assistance, life insurance, childcare allowance, among others; * Perform employee registrations, enrollments, cancellations, and updates in benefits systems; * Monitor deadlines, invoices, reconciliations, and cost allocations, ensuring data accuracy; * Track contracts, adjustments, negotiations, and relationships with providers and vendors; * Support onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes related to benefits; * Assist payroll processing activities related to benefits; * Prepare management reports and area performance indicators; * Support employees by answering questions and providing appropriate assistance; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related fields; * Prior experience with benefits administration and Payroll Department operations; * Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements, labor legislation, and Payroll Department routines; * Experience with HR/Payroll systems and intermediate or advanced Excel skills. **Desired Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Analytical mindset and results orientation; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and sense of priority; * Ability to work under deadlines and handle high volumes of requests. **Additional Information** * Employment Type: CLT * Working Hours: To be defined * Work Location: Caucaia * Remuneration and Benefits: Market-competitive Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.000,00 – R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
