The Occupational Medicine Specialist will serve as a technical reference in highly complex processes, ensuring appropriate occupational health management, legal compliance, and the quality of records and reports, with strong interaction with operational teams and partner departments. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct outpatient occupational health services, including occupational examinations and consultations; * Implement, develop, and coordinate the PCMSO (Occupational Health Program) and related documents; * Serve as a technical reference in highly complex Occupational Medicine processes; * Manage processes related to absences, modified work assignments, professional rehabilitation, job reassignment, and reintegration; * Classify workplace accidents and assess the impact of ergonomic risks on workers’ health; * Provide technical support for legal matters related to occupational health; * Interact with and advise operational teams regarding Occupational Medicine practices and processes; * Ensure the quality of statistical records and reports in the area. **Requirements:** **We expect you to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Medicine with postgraduate specialization in Occupational Medicine; * Specialist Qualification Registration in Occupational Medicine issued by the competent medical council; * Experience conducting occupational examinations; * Knowledge of occupational health software; * Experience delivering outpatient occupational health services. **Additional qualifications that will be considered advantageous:** * Experience coordinating the PCMSO; * Knowledge of complementary occupational health documents; * Experience in health promotion and quality-of-life programs; * Basic English proficiency; * Knowledge of information technology applied to occupational health. **Benefits:** No benefits reported
