We are looking for an IT Support Assistant to directly monitor the WMS (Warehouse Management System), providing technical and operational support to users, as well as conducting training sessions to ensure optimal use of the system in our logistics operations. Main responsibilities Monitor and oversee the WMS system operations; Provide technical support to employees using the system; Resolve operational issues within the system, or escalate complex matters to the IT team; Conduct training and guidance sessions for operational and administrative teams; Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with the IT team to implement system changes and updates; Ensure logistical processes align with WMS functionalities; Ensure the system is used optimally and in alignment with established processes; Act as a liaison between the IT team and end users; Facilitate communication between the IT team and end users, ensuring needs and expectations are met; Support the IT team in infrastructure-related tasks; Requirements Ongoing or completed degree in IT, Information Systems, Logistics, or related fields; Knowledge of management systems (ERP/WMS); Strong communication and teaching skills for training purposes; Problem analysis and resolution capabilities; Proactive attitude and teamwork spirit. Advantageous qualifications Previous experience with WMS; Work experience in logistics sector companies; Advanced knowledge of Excel or Power BI Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month
