The **IT Intern** will work under the supervision of experienced professionals, acting as a trainee to support information technology-related activities—including system and infrastructure support, data organization and control—as well as collaborating in the continuous improvement of technological processes used in the company’s operations and projects. **Benefits**: * Transportation Allowance * Total Pass **Requirements**: * Currently enrolled in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems programs; * Availability to intern Monday through Friday, either in the morning or afternoon shift; * Basic programming and Microsoft Office knowledge; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **Responsibilities**: * Provide technical support for the company’s systems, responding to service requests, recording incidents, guiding users, and assisting in resolving low- and medium-complexity incidents; * Support the IT team in maintaining, monitoring, and continuously improving systems, ensuring the correct operation of routine processes and the quality of information.
