




Job Summary: The HR Intern will support the HR department’s daily routines, contributing to the organization and execution of people management processes. Key Highlights: 1. The **HR Intern** will be responsible for supporting the HR department’s daily routines, contributing to the organization and execution of people management processes. The intern will assist with administrative activities within the area—including recruitment and selection, training, internal controls, and employee assistance—always under the supervision of experienced professionals, thereby developing practical skills and expanding knowledge in Human Resources. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Total Pass **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Minimum availability of 1 year for the internship; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day. **Responsibilities:** * Support the preparation and updating of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for the Human Resources department. * Provide internal employee assistance (in person, by phone, and via email), addressing departmental requests; * Update and maintain registrations, records, and controls in internal HR systems; * Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and support throughout the process stages; * Support HR administrative routines, including document and file organization and internal controls; * Assist in organizing trainings, meetings, and internal departmental initiatives; * Assist in related activities as required by the Human Resources department.
