




Support administrative and operational routines of the Human Resources department, with a focus on the Personnel Department, ensuring the organization of registrations, internal controls, compliance with legal deadlines, and support to employees. * Support Personnel Department routines, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes; * Organize and maintain up-to-date employee records and files (physical and digital); * Assist with time tracking, banked hours, vacation scheduling, leaves of absence, and occupational health examinations; * Support submission of payroll, benefits, labor charges, and other related information to Accounting; * Provide frontline assistance to employees to address basic HR and Personnel Department inquiries; * Support the integration and onboarding process for new employees; * Assist in organizing trainings, internal events, and internal marketing initiatives; * Support recruitment processes, including initial candidate contact, interview scheduling, and document organization. **Expected Outcomes:** * Contribute to strengthening organizational culture and office best practices; * Maintain and foster employee engagement by promoting accessible, clear, and close communication; * Ensure information is conveyed objectively, humanely, ethically, and respectfully to all employees; * Provide accurate, organized, and reliable information to support management decision-making; * Ensure adherence to financial calendar deadlines and labor obligations, maintaining updated records and providing timely communication to management. **Tools and Systems Used:** * Sólides HR Platform * Sólides Personnel Department Platform * Teams * WhatsApp Web * Microsoft Office Suite * Shared network drive **Technical Competencies:** * Completed high school education * Preferred: currently enrolled in or graduated from Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Personnel Department routines; * Familiarity with labor legislation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially basic/intermediate Excel and Word. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity; * Responsibility and confidentiality regarding sensitive information; * Teamwork.
