Record and calculate labor-related statutory contributions, including INSS, FGTS, and IRRF. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures. Calculate and track vacation entitlements. Prepare and review termination settlements. Administer employee benefits. Provide support and assistance to employees and managers. Submit ancillary obligations such as eSocial and DCTFWeb. Generate reports and assist in improving departmental processes. Previous experience as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Department Coordinator, Payroll Assistant, or HR Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
