Tactical organization of negotiations and price table control ### **Job Mission:** * Ensure satisfaction of our internal and external customers through efficient order management, making billing faster and more accurate through actions carried out by commercial billing management. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Tactical organization of field negotiations (negotiation of deadlines and volumes); * Sales/Billing Anticipation: Organization of order exchange activities and financial conditions; * Systemic stock allocation and exchange: vehicle movement between dealerships and regions; * Direct billing (factory x end customer) and its approvals; * Order control: production demand adjustments and configuration adjustments; * Price table control; * Production priority control with Manufacturing/Production; * Modification of special products, vehicle selection from stock, pricing process for special products and other controls; * Dealership stock billing: daily billing control. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree: Engineering, Administration, Economics or related fields * Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Financial Management **Languages:** * Intermediate English **Computer Skills:** * Power BI (a plus).
