




**Description and Responsibilities** ------------------------------------ **Working hours:** Availability to work in shifts **Level:** Operational **Hiring regime:** Tenured - CLT labor code **Area of operation:** Manufacturing * Responsible for meeting the daily production schedule and performing initial robot maintenance, ensuring line availability (DP) with the highest standards of Safety, Quality, Cost, and Environment. * Carry out continuous improvement activities and ensure maximum skill development for PSPs. Must maintain a positive social environment and help develop technical autonomy within the team together with the Team Leader of their area, whether maintenance or manufacturing. * Programming and maintenance of Fanuc and Kuka (DURR) robots * Maintenance and installation of general peripherals on robots * Perform troubleshooting of faults via HMI * Respond to and record simple failures in automated equipment, performing controlled restarts, visual inspections, and replacement of consumables. * Notify the maintenance team in cases of medium or high complexity failures, assisting in initial diagnosis and ensuring proper communication for technical escalation * Support the technical team during scheduled stops, setups, and continuous improvement activities.
